Valued Homeowners!!! We are reviewing the budget in the upcoming September 30th meeting. We will also be reviewing it in detail again on the October 21st meeting and all are invited to attend all these meetings virtually and/or in person. October 21st HOA Board Meeting will include a vote to solidify the 2026 budget and annual assessments specifically. Please attend as it is important for all homeowners to be aware of next years budget and assessments and also provide valuable input and feedback to the details of how the association is funded and where and what the budget funds.
