Shenandoah Farms

Shenandoah Farms is an elegantly appointed subdivision of 133 homes, located on Strasburg, Blacksburg, and Roanoke Drives, just off of Jonesville Road in Simpsonville, SC. We are situated within a high-growth, high-value area, close to Greenville’s major businesses, retail, schools, and hospitals; yet hemmed about by verdant conservation areas, we also enjoy the tranquility of a farm.

Various improvements to our community have occurred since builders first broke ground approximately 13 years ago. Today our amenities include a Cabana and Athletic Field, Common Areas and conservation trails, a Playground for the kids, a junior Olympic size pool, sidewalks, and Victorian-style street lamps.
